  • $100,000 for customers with a consumption volume of 150,000 cubic meters or more.

Minimum requirements for the work

The work must exceed the standards of the Model National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings (PDF | 38 ko).

Are you eligible for this program?

Before starting the work4, you need to inform us about your project by submitting the Project outline form.

Étape 2 Validate your annual consumption

Consult your bill or contact us to validate your annual consumption.

A If you are consuming less than 150,000 cubic meters annually:

Complete the Participant’s Guide.

Electronic version Print version (PDF | 177 ko)
B If you are consuming 150,000 cubic meters or more annually:
  • You need to provide an evaluation of the energy savings generated by the building envelope measures that are to be implemented.
  • This evaluation must be conducted by a consulting firm or any other competent service provider that is qualified to estimate the energy savings using established methods.
  • You must follow the instructions which can be found in the Preparation guide for the energy savings evaluation report (PDF | 141 ko)
C Moreover, regardless of the number of cubic meters consumed annually, if you undertake work implicating a reduction in air infiltrations (airtightness and compartmentalization of the building) :
  • You must provide an evaluation of the energy savings generated by this measure.
  • This evaluation must be conducted by a consulting firm or any other qualified service provider.
  • You must follow the instructions which can be found in the Preparation guide for the airtightness savings evaluation report (PDF | 345 ko)

Étape 3 Once the work is completed, send us:

  • Copies of the bills for your work and the materials installed;
  • Photographs of the work done;
  • Any additional documentation available describing the technical details of your project (ex: quotations from a contractor or supplier, product specification sheet, technical work description, plans, etc.)
