The EEF offers a financial assistance for energy efficiency work done on the building envelope, such as:
- replacing windows;
- insulating the walls;
- insulating the roof;
- making the building airtight;
- installing thermal screens in greenhouses, etc.
Consult the program
The EEF offers a substantial financial assistance towards the purchase and installation of a solar heating system, in addition to the grant offered under the Natural Resources Canada ecoENERGY for Renewable Heat program.
Obtain a financial assistance towards the installation of drain water heat recovery units. These systems enable you to realize considerable savings on water heating.
Obtain a financial assistance of $1 per cubic metre of natural gas saved towards the construction of a new, or extension of an existing building, up to a limit of $100,000.
Request for financial assistance
