What is Rénoclimat^®?

Rénoclimat^® is a residential energy-efficient renovation program offered by the Agence de l’efficacité énergétique.

• The program begins with a visit from an energy-efficiency advisor who will evaluate the energy performance of your home.
  
  
• The counselor will then produce an evaluation report which identifies the renovations most useful to improve the comfort of your home and to reduce your energy bill.
  
  
• Once the renovations are completed, you will receive a second visit to validate the improvement of the energy performance of your home.You could then apply for the Rénoclimat financial assistance. The amount varies depending on the nature of the renovations* or the improvement of your energy rating.
  
  
• Important notice: the application form for financial assistance will be provided directly by the Agence de l’efficacité énergétique starting April 1^st 2010.
